Since we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers worldwide.
Estimated delivery times for U.A.E orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on supplier location, customs clearance, and courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.

  • We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over 100 AED within the A.E.D

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

  • If we expand to international shipping, additional costs and delivery times will apply.

6. Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
